Meet Linda

Linda is a mum of three, a qualified teacher and a highly experienced hypnobirthing expert.

For the past 12 years, thousands of women have trusted Linda to help them prepare for birth. Her approach recognises that it is completely normal to have worries about giving birth and aims to help parents move towards feeling excited, empowered and confident about what lies ahead.

Her teaching background also comes through in the way she approaches birth preparation, making information accessible and helping parents understand the choices available to them.

What is hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing is about much more than learning how to relax.

Linda's approach combines knowledge about birth with practical techniques, relaxation and preparation, helping you better understand your body and the options available to you.

Her aim is to give you tools you can take into your birth experience so that you feel informed, confident and more in control.

And Linda certainly brings plenty of personality to the process. Outside of hypnobirthing, she's a keen runner, singer in a band, enthusiastic baker, former secondary school teacher and mum to three children.
