Angel Pavilion is available for both regular and one-off hire, including:

The space can accommodate up to 90 guests standing, or 60 seated with tables and chairs.
Hire Rates
We offer both ad hoc and regular hire rates.
Weekday ad hoc hire
£40 per hour
Weekday regular hire (daytime)
£25 per hour
Weekday regular hire (evening)
£35 per hour
Weekend hire before 5pm
£40 per hour
Weekend hire after 5pm
£50 per hour
Minimum hire for ad hoc Saturday bookings is 3 hours.

Food and drink
You are welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks.
We can also support catering for your event if arranged in advance, including:

Children’s picnic lunch boxes from £8 per child (minimum order of 10)

Sandwich buffet platters from £15 per person (minimum order of 20)
We also offer the option to run a tab with Cheerful Chai for your event. Hirers receive 10% off the final bill when settling their tab.
Alcohol may only be brought onto the premises with prior written consent from the Facility Manager and a valid Temporary Event Notice (TEN).
Before you book
We recommend getting in touch before booking so we can confirm availability and help make sure the space is right for your event.
You are welcome to come and view the hall before booking. Viewings can usually be arranged during café opening hours when the space is not in use.
Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance.

Booking and payment
To secure your booking, we require:

A completed booking form

A £100 security deposit

Final balance paid 8 weeks before your booking
The security deposit is refundable following post-event checks, provided the hall is left in good condition.
We aim to return deposits within 7 days.
